Protistology Section of the Czech Society of Parasitology will meet to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the first international protistology meeting, which took place in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, in 1961.
At the same time, the event will mark the 55th meeting of Czech protistologists (Protodays).
Two other European protistological societies — Protistology Nordics and the Society of Eukaryotic Microbiology — will be joining the celebration.
